Supabase authentication
LaunchLegal uses the Supabase browser client to sign users in and maintain their session. The client persists authentication session information in browser storage so users can remain signed in and make authenticated requests.
LaunchLegal browser storage
The dashboard stores the identifier of the selected business in localStorage underlaunchlegal-active-business-id. This preference is used to restore the dashboard selection on the same browser.
Stripe Checkout
When a user chooses a paid plan, LaunchLegal redirects the browser to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe may use cookies or similar storage on its own service under Stripe's own policies. LaunchLegal does not implement Stripe payment fields directly in this application.
Analytics and advertising
LaunchLegal does not currently implement product analytics, advertising trackers, or advertising-cookie integrations in its frontend. This policy will need updating before any such technology is introduced.
Managing storage
Browser controls can remove stored site data, although doing so may sign a user out and reset dashboard preferences. Storage questions can be sent to support@launchlegal.uk.
