Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Business Pack is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription. It does not need to be cancelled to prevent renewal.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access ordinarily continues until that period ends. Workspace owners and administrators can request cancellation through LaunchLegal's backend billing process.

Payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or LaunchLegal approves one. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and approval is not guaranteed.

Submit a request to support@launchlegal.uk within 14 days of the relevant charge. Include enough information to identify the account and charge, but do not send card details by email.

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or require a user to waive any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, or other statutory right that applies under law. Where mandatory law gives a user stronger rights, those rights take priority.
